MEYER, MS
Ali is an accomplished facilitator and organizational consultant, with over 13 years of proven strategic and leadership skills. She specializes in building individual and organizational effectiveness and has a track record of success in designing and leading talent and organizational solutions. Her genuine interest in helping clients reach their desired outcomes creates an environment that engenders trust, where it is safe to take risks needed for long-term change. With experience as an organizational consultant and as a researcher, Ali has both an academic and applied background. She has experience using qualitative and quantitative assessment methods including interviews, focus groups, survey methods, and psychological measurements. She leverages her years of experience to collaborate with clients to identify key goals, potential barriers, and a clear path to achievement. She has worked with individuals in startup to Fortune 500 companies, across a broad range of industries, including: emergency management, life sciences, engineering, financial/investment, government, non-profits, and education. She is the co-creator of Crisis Athlete™, which leverages and applies neuroscientific research for crisis leaders at the individual, organizational, and community levels. She is also an executive coach through the Center for Creative Leadership and is certified in a variety of assessments.
Ali grew up in both Peru and the U.S. and is fluent in English and Spanish. Her bi-cultural up-bringing underscores her diverse perspective and understanding of individuals and organizations. Her ability to understand different cultures helps her consulting practice and ultimately benefits her clients through her innovative solutions.
Ali holds a BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and a Dual MS in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, from the California School of Professional Psychology. She is obtaining a dual PhD in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is in All but Dissertation status. She is also a Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM).
